Far right Golden Dawn deputies, who are currently detained pending trial, were granted permission to participate in the crucial votes in the Greek Parliament for a new President of the Republic.

According to information, the prosecutor approved their request which was filed in the morning of Tuesday, and the nine GD MPs, including the party’s general secretary Nikos Michaloliakos and press officer Ilias Kasidiaris will vote on the 17th, 23rd and 29th of December on who will be the next Greek president.
