Regardless of the possibility of national elections, the winner, or repeat-elections, there are certain factors that determine our economic reality.

Those factors are:

According to the old memorandum our  country is covered until the end of February.

From February onwards, Greece is supposed to benefit from the Enhanced Conditions Credit Line (ECCL), which will provide a 22 billion euro to the country’s  funding over the next two years( 2015 and 2016).

The above has been already been approved by the Europeans.

However, for the approval to go throughg a new agreement must be signed (MoU), which will be describing  the obligations of the Greek government while it is under the credit line.

Furthermore, there will be no more funding from any organization, or any tranche disbursing without a new memorandum being signed accompanying the ECCL.

So, if a new agreement based on assessments of the troika and the negotiations between Greece and Europe is not signed, there will be no more fiscal tranches to our country.

The agreement will be signed between the Greek government and Europe and will include funding from the IMF.
