Fritz Joly Joachin, a 29 year-old Muslim was arrested in Bulgaria. The man seems to have been one of the people who cooperated with the Kouachi brothers, who carried out the Charlie Hebdo attack.

The 29 year old Muslim man has a French passport and had made phone calls to the Kouachi brothers, according to the Bulgarian prosecutor. A publication by French newspaper  “Le Figaro” claims that the arrested man will be extradited to France.

Joachin was arrested near a Bulgarian-Turkish border checkpoint after a European arrest warrant had been issued. His former wife had accused him of trying to kidnap their three year-old son, with which he wanted to travel to Syria. A second arrest warrant was issued against him, based on the charges of cooperating with terrorists and being part of a terrorist plot.
