Greek FinMin Yanis Varoufakis and OECD chief Angel Gurria met in Athens and reportedly discussed a bevy of “surprise reforms” that the new leftist government hopes will deflect much of the opposition by its eurozone partners to its demand for a looser fiscal policy.
