Equity prices rose at 11 a.m. on Friday on the Athens Stock Exchange (ASE), with the basic share price index up 3.20% at 760.17 points at 14.25 million euros.

The FTSE/ASE Large Cap index for blue chip and heavily traded stocks was up 3.58% and the FTSE/ASE Mid Cap index was up 3.08%.

All individual sector indices moved upwards with the biggest gains in Banks (+5.21%), Financials (+3.18%), Commerce (+3.13%) and Technology (+3.08%).

Of the stocks traded, 55 were up, 11 were down and 5 were unchanged.
