Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras has until Wednesday night to get measures adopted by the assembly. The first set of reforms passed through os that international lenders could give Greece the money to pay back its debts were passed thanks to votes by pro-EU opposition parties triggering a rebellion in the ranks of the ruling Radical Left Coalition (SYRIZA).

The second wave of reforms are less divisive.Tsipras has 162 seats in the 300-seat parliament, however last week’s rift cut his support to just 123 votes causing him to seek votes from the opposition.
