ISIS released a new chilling video showing an unmasked terrorist shoot a man who has been hung upside down. The man is shot in the shoulder and head with an assault rifle from point-blank range.
The 11-minute video starts off with a threat against the Tunisian state is believed to have been shot in north east Syria. The terrorists claim that the victim was a ‘traitor’.
The terrorists have called the video ‘A Message to the Monotheists After the Bombing of the Apostates in Tunisia’.
