Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras addressed his cabinet in the last meeting for 2015. He said “our red line in social security is clear and inviolable; we will not proceed with the 12th consecutive cut in pensions.”

He stressed that the government will have fulfilled its pledges and have tabled its reform proposals on social security by mid-January.
