British Airways has decided to launch a direct flight connection between London and Kalamata. The new direct route will commence on May 5, with an official ceremony at the Kalamata Airport. The ceremony will be attended by the Peloponnese prefect Petros Tatoulis, the British Embassy’s representative, Mr. Leontaris and the head of British Airways in Greece Fredie Stier, who will all make brief speeches greeting the launch of the direct route.
