Nearly 1,529 refugees and migrants have been relocated to the areas of Sindos and Derveni from Idomeni refugee camp on the northern borders of Greece and FYROM in the Greek police’s evacuation operation that started Tuesday.

Greek police released a video footage shot from their helicopter to mitigate the negative impressions created by the government’s decision to deny access to journalists to the evacuation. The Greek government has blocked all access to media outlets, except the state media (ERT and Athens News agency), which is ‘fed’ with ‘approved’ images and video footage.
