More shocking details are becoming available of the rape case of a 12-year old mildly retarded boy by his 45 year old father, reportedly a retired military navy officer, and his 37-year old homosexual partner, in Argolis, Peloponnese. ‘My father would hold my arms and pin me down for his friend to rape me’, revealed the young boy. The 37-year old man, who was reportedly a court bailiff, was taken to Tripoli prison under draconian security measures, while the whereabouts of the father are unknown, after the prosecutor ruled his release under restrictive conditions due to his 65% disability. The traumatised boy described his ordeal to the police officers in every gruelling detail, telling them that he would repeatedly struggle with his father to avoid being sexually molested. Police officers said the two culprits showed no remorse for their actions during their depositions. The boy is currently staying with his mother in Athens after leaving Argos and is under the constant supervision of psychologists. Meanwhile, the mother of the 45-year old accused has turners her back on him and is trying to support her grandson.
