The horror of the flood the residents of Mandra in western Attica experienced yesterday and cost the lives of 15 people and 6 missing, has returned with the waters rising after torrents of rain started falling on Thursday morning. Kotopouli street, the road that turned into a muddy river on which swept all in its path, was inundated with raging waters in a matter of only a few minutes.
