Russia considers it unacceptable to have US nuclear weapons in Europe, Sergei Lavrov said today.

“It’s time for them to return to the United States”, he said at a conference on disarmament, according to Ria Novosti.

Russian FM Lavrov:

– Ukraine still has Soviet nuclear tech, we cannot fail to respond to this danger
– Need to refrain from dangerous steps in military build up
– Time for US nuclear weapons in Europe to return home
