The anniversary march for the revolt of the Polytechnic is currently underway in downtown Athens. At the head of the march is the blood-stained flag which is carried by the hands of PASP members and will end up at the American embassy.

Meanwhile, many pre-gatherings are in progress, with more than 200 people in Klathmonos Square and 1,000 in Patision Street preparing to march towards Stadiou Avenue. So far the Police have made 18 arrests.

Shortly after 1:30 p.m., the gates of the Polytechnic University were closed and in a short time, the event of the November 17th Commemoration Committee will take place, during which the recitation of the anthem of the Polytechnic University uprising will take place after the invocation of the dead.
