Greek-US Bilateral Exercise “Stolen Cerberus 23” – Watch impressive video

“Stolen Cerberus 23” is the name of the impressive bilateral military exercise that took place in Greece from Tuesday, May 2 to Wednesday, May 10, 2023, in the context of the military cooperation between Greece and the USA.

In the exercise, which was carried out under the coordination of the newly created Special Warfare Command (DEP) of the Hellenic National Defence General Staff (HNDGS), forces and means of Special Forces – Special Operations Forces (ED-DEE) and the Underwater Demolition Command (DYK) of the Navy, as well as transport aircraft of the Air Force and personnel of the Military Parachute Academy of the Hellenic Army General Staff, while on the American side personnel of the 37th Airlift Squadron participated with 3 C-130J Aircraft.

The exercise took place in areas of Attica, Thessaloniki, and Skyros, where free-skydiving and static cord jumps, as well as land and sea supply drops, was performed, which contributed to increasing the level of combat capability and interoperability between the participating forces.

On Tuesday, May 09, 2023, a symbolic flight ( Acropolis Fly By) of a Formation of 3 transport Aircraft was performed above its Sacred Rock, and then free-fall parachutists and static belt drops were performed in the Megaron Drop Zone.
