There will be a gradual drop in temperatures in the country over the next few days, according to the director of the National Meteorological Service, Thodoris Kolydas.
As he emphasized in his post, “this particularly warm weather could not last much longer, where yesterday (Monday) we had temperatures of 28 to 30°C even in Orestiada and Florina. The temperature drop will be around 10 degrees, while in many areas of Northern Greece it may be even more.”

Regarding the weather trend leading up to Easter, he mentioned that “we will have rain, mainly in the western, northern, and eastern Aegean, from systems that will not last long.”
