Nikolaos made his first appearance after his separation from Tatiana Blatnik was made public.

Nikolaos participated in the 16th Axion Hellas crossing, on the islands of Sifnos, Schinoussa, Astypalaia, Amorgos and Kimolos.

The action was completed on Sunday 21 April. Argyro Barbarigou, who was in Sifnos during those days, met him on the island.

In fact, she posted a video on her personal Instagram account, in which Nikolaos appears without his wedding ring, which he used to wear on his little finger.

After 14 years together, Nicholas and Tatiana Blatnik have ended their marriage, the former royal family made it known via a litany of announcements.

In detail, the statement reads:

“Prince Nicholas and Princess Tatiana, after fourteen years of life together, have decided to dissolve their marriage. They both express the difficulty of this decision, the deep appreciation and respect they have for each other, and the love with which they have walked all these years.

Tatiana Blatnik met Nikolaos in 2003 in Gstaad, Switzerland. The two developed a relationship and on 28 December 2009 their engagement was officially announced by the office of the former King Constantine in London. The couple’s wedding took place in Spetses on 25 August 2010, in the presence of many members of European royal families.
