A horrific accident with 29 students aged 9 to 16 seriously injured occurred during an event in Kyrgyzstan when a truck started rolling downhill as the driver reportedly forgot to apply the handbrake.
The accident, which left eight children hospitalised in intensive care and 11 others in hospital, was recorded by a drone.
In the video, the truck, which was being used by an ice cream man, can be seen starting to roll downhill while onlookers at the event have not noticed anything as they have their backs turned to it.

According to reports, the driver and men in charge of security for the event “chased” the truck which continued for several meters on its uncontrolled course.
The accident is being investigated by Kyrgyz authorities.
