The first semifinal of the 68th Eurovision has concluded, with Cyprus advancing to the grand final on Saturday.
Silia Kapsis impressed on stage with the song “Liar,” while Croatian artist Baby Lasagna stole the show with “Rim Tim Tagi Dim,” considered this year’s favorite in the competition.
From the 15 countries participating in the first semifinal, the following 10 qualified:

Tourism 2024: “We are performing better with a wider season”
It should be noted that last year’s winner (Sweden) and the Big-5 countries (Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and the United Kingdom) automatically qualify for the grand final on May 11.
Preceding this, on Thursday, May 9, the second semifinal will take place, with Marina Satti representing Greece with the song “Zari.”
