Thessaloniki: Canadair dumped tons of water on a hotel during an exercise

There was panic as people were taken by surprise, but there were no injuries

Newsroom May 29 03:19

An unbelievable incident took place on the Elia Beach in Sithonia, Halkidiki, when canopies made water drops during test flights.

However, according to a SKAI report, one of the aircraft, instead of dumping the water into the sea, due to mishandling, probably dropped it on a hotel, while there were many people in the premises as well as in the pool.
