Agios Panteleimon: 11 kilos of cannabis found and seized in a shop

The arrested shop owner was taken to the competent public prosecutor

A 28-year-old woman was arrested, in the context of the auto-circumstantial, yesterday afternoon inside a shop selling legal cannabis and erotic goods in Agios Panteleimonas for violation of the legislation on addictive substances.

Specifically, according to the ELAS, after information that this store apart from legal cannabis was selling drugs, police officers of the Patrol Sub-Directorate put it under discreet surveillance.

Following an investigation that took place yesterday afternoon, hidden packages of raw cannabis were found as well as numerous packages of cannabis cigarettes, the chemical composition of which is being investigated to see if it meets the requirements of the law on the legal sale of cannabis.

In a search carried out at the shop in question, a total of:

– 5 kilograms and 581 lines of raw cannabis,

– 975 grams of processed cannabis (chocolate),

– 3 kilograms and 299 lines of cannabis cigarette packets,

– a number of electrical oil sublimation devices,
