Weather: Early breath of fresh air with a strong wind chill – When are 40s coming again

Intensified northerly winds in the Aegean Sea and in the eastern mainland

Newsroom July 31 03:02

A gradual retreat in temperatures is expected today, Wednesday, while the northern winds will blow with an intensity of 7 and possibly 8 Beaufort in the Aegean Sea.

However, from Friday, a gradual weakening of the winds and a gradual rise in temperature is forecast, which at the weekend will once again reach the 40 degrees level in some places on the mainland. At the same time, instability will also increase, with local showers or isolated thunderstorms mainly on Sunday in the central and northern continental highlands.
