ENFIA: Residents of North Evia are exempt for 2024 as well

What is provided for property owners located in the administrative boundaries of fire-affected municipalities - In Parliament legislative improvement

Newsroom September 16 11:52

For the fourth consecutive year (2021-2024), all property owners located in the administrative boundaries of natural disasters in the municipalities of Istiaiaia Edipsos and Mandoudi Lake Agia Anna are exempt from ENFIA.

In article 35 of the draft bill “Digital Tax and Other Provisions”, passed last Thursday by the Plenary of the House of Representatives, a technical improvement regulation was added.

“This is a new, bold, horizontal intervention of financial support to the region, especially to households and businesses, with which the Government and the Prime Minister show their practical interest and sensitivity to Northern Evia”, said the rapporteur of the majority of the bill of the Ministry of National Economy and Finance, MP for Evia, Thanasis Zebilis, speaking about the regulation in his second speech in the Parliament.
