Metro: Strike tomorrow (20/11) – Timetable for lines 2 and 3

Tomorrow, Wednesday, November 20, 2024, public transport will be significantly impacted as GSEE and ADEDY unions have called for a work stoppage. Metro workers will join the strike, resulting in adjustments to the timetables for all public transportation services.

“We inform you that on Wednesday, November 20, 2024, due to the participation of employees’ unions in the strike action, Metro Line 1 (Kifisia – Piraeus) will operate from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Metro Lines 2 and 3 will run from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and the Tram will operate from 9:00 AM to 8:30 PM.

Details:

  • Metro Line 1 (Kifisia – Piraeus): Stations will open to the public at 9:00 AM. The last trains will depart as follows:
    • From Kifisia and Piraeus at 8:35 PM.
    • From Monastiraki to Kifisia at 8:51 PM and to Piraeus at 9:09 PM.
    • From Omonia to Kifisia at 8:54 PM and to Piraeus at 9:07 PM.
    • From Attiki to Kifisia at 8:59 PM and to Piraeus at 9:02 PM.
  • Metro Lines 2 & 3: Stations will open to the public at 9:00 AM. The last trains will depart as follows:
    • From Syntagma in all directions at 5:10 PM.
    • From Anthoupoli to Elliniko at 4:51 PM.
    • From Elliniko to Anthoupoli at 4:48 PM.
    • From Municipal Theater (Dimotiko Theatro) to Doukissis Plakentias at 4:44 PM.
    • From Doukissis Plakentias to Municipal Theater at 4:47 PM.

For Metro services to and from the Airport:

  • First trains: From Municipal Theater at 9:06 AM and from the Airport at 9:10 AM.
  • Last trains: From Municipal Theater at 4:18 PM and from the Airport at 4:22 PM.
  • Tram:
    • Line 7 (Asklipieio Voula – Agia Triada):
      • First tram departs from Asklipieio Voula at 9:07 AM and the last at 6:55 PM.
      • First tram departs from Agia Triada at 9:07 AM and the last at 7:07 PM.
    • Line 6 (Syntagma – Pikrodafni):
      • First tram departs from Pikrodafni at 8:12 AM and the last at 6:58 PM.
      • First tram departs from Syntagma at 9:02 AM and the last at 7:42 PM.
    • Lines 6 & 7 (via Pikrodafni transfer):
      • First tram departs from Syntagma to Asklipieio Voula at 9:43 AM and the last at 6:56 PM.
      • First tram departs from Asklipieio Voula to Syntagma at 9:33 AM and the last at 6:31 PM.
      • First tram departs from Agia Triada to Syntagma at 9:33 AM and the last at 6:31 PM.
      • First tram departs from Syntagma to Agia Triada at 9:44 AM and the last at 6:47 PM
