Greece-Cyprus Summit – Advancing Together: Greek and Cypriot ministers meet in Nicosia

The conference strengthens the channels of communication & cooperation bringing together top executives from the public & private sectors of the two countries

Greek ministers have an appointment in Lefkosia with their Cypriot counterparts, as part of the 2nd Greece-Cyprus Summit – Advancing Together.

Environment and Energy Minister Theodoros Skylakakis, Digital Governance Minister Dimitris Papastergiou and Deputy Health Minister Marios Themistokleous will have the opportunity to exchange ideas and views with Cypriot Energy Minister George Papanastasiou, Cypriot Deputy Minister of Innovation Nicodemus Damianos and Cypriot Minister of Health Michael Damianos, in the framework of the 2nd Greek Cypriot Conference 2nd Greece-Cyprus Summit – Advancing Together, co-organised by Invest Cyprus and Boussias Cyprus on 27 November 2024 in Nicosia, at the Hilton Hotel.

At the same summit, among others, the Cypriot Deputy Minister of Tourism, Costas Koumis, will speak on issues of his portfolio.

The conference, which is being organized for the second time, strengthens the channels of communication and cooperation between Greece and Cyprus, bringing together top executives from the public and private sectors of the two countries.

The primary objective of the 2nd Greece-Cyprus Summit, which will be opened by the President of the Republic of Cyprus, Nikos Christodoulides, together with Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis, is to strengthen and further develop bilateral economic relations between Greece and Cyprus, through the exchange of views and the promotion of top-level partnerships, with presentations and panel discussions by ministers, institutional bodies and business leaders.

The 2nd Greece-Cyprus Summit is held under the auspices of the Cyprus Presidency of the Republic of Cyprus and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Greece. The conference is supported by Enterprise Greece, the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KEBE), the Hellenic Association of Enterprises and Industries (SEV) and the Athens Chamber of Commerce & Industry (ACCI), and has the scientific support of OneTeam.
