EMF Director Theodoros Kolydas predicts the cold spell won’t last, with temperatures set to rise on Tuesday before dropping again next weekend, accompanied by rain. Panagiotis Giannopoulos also anticipates rain next weekend, as stated on ERT.

While Greece experiences limited snow cover, Kolydas notes that extensive snowfall has been recorded in the Scandinavian Peninsula and parts of Central and Western Europe. However, snow remains sparse in Greece, Turkey, and Spain.
