Victim of sexual assault 24 year old woman in Agrinio – Drunk man beat her and bit her after she resisted

A New Year’s Eve turned into a nightmare for a 24-year-old woman in Agrinio who allegedly suffered sexual assault.

Website agriniopress.gr reported that the incident occurred on Tuesday night (31/12) when the 24-year-old went to the toilets of a store, where she was having fun, at around 21:40.

There she met the intoxicated man, allegedly the perpetrator, whom the 24-year-old did not know.

As she reported, the stranger slashed her on the genitals and when the 24-year-old pushed him away, he allegedly bit her on the right cheek.

The young woman screamed and the offender fled the store. Patrons allegedly tried to chase him but lost him among the crowd.

The 24-year-old woman reported the incident to Agrinio Security and a case file was formed against an unknown perpetrator for insulting sexual dignity and simple bodily harm.

Police officers are looking for visual material from security cameras that may have recorded the perpetrator.
