Ukraine has completed the drafting of a minerals agreement and has submitted it to the United States for review, a source from the Ukrainian delegation at the Munich Security Conference told Reuters today.

Kyiv has declared its readiness to finalize a deal with Washington to open up vast reserves of critical minerals to American investment, as it seeks security guarantees from the U.S. as part of a peace agreement to end the war with Russia.
