The festive events for Greece’s National Anniversary of March 25th culminate today with the grand military parade at Syntagma Square, in the presence of the President of the Republic Konstantinos Tassoulas and Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis.
At this hour, the country’s top state and political officials are attending the Doxology being held at the Metropolitan Cathedral of Athens, officiated by Archbishop Ieronymos.

Traffic regulations have been in effect since early in the morning and the military units are taking their positions for the parade set to begin shortly.
Family members of those who will march have also been arriving early to secure a spot, keeping their loved ones company as long as they are allowed.
