Easter is approaching, and it is a good opportunity to relax and reconnect with nature and ourselves. As every year, tradition, devotion, and gastronomy are at the heart of the days and flood our days with fragrant flowers, exquisite flavours, and exciting experiences. And all this, in a unique and luxurious environment by the sea, at One&Only Aesthesis in Glyfada.
So this festive season, One&Only Aesthesis invites us to experience Easter most authentically and specially. Set in a lush, blossoming landscape by the sea, the iconic resort puts together an Easter setting filled with traditional flavours, sophisticated experiences, and moments of relaxation that rejuvenate the body and spirit. From tastings and creative masterclasses to wellness experiences and unique dinners overlooking the Saronic Gulf, this year’s Easter at One&Only Aesthesis will be unforgettable.
Pleasures that inspire the senses
Among the gastronomic proposals of the holidays, the new menu of Ora by Ettore Botrini stands out, which offers the ideal occasion for a tasty meeting with loved ones. In a space with a unique aesthetic in the heart of the resort, next to the pool and overlooking the sea, the restaurant presents a unique combination of seafood and fine meats, enriched with Greek and Italian touches that highlight the creative approach of the Michelin-starred chef’s cuisine.
Similarly, during the Holy Week, Manko Athens includes in its menu special Easter dishes combining Greek tradition with Peruvian cuisine. The focus is on Lamb Chorrillano – slow-cooked lamb shoulder, grilled with ají amarillo, corn juice sauce, choclo cakes and rocotto yogurt. To complete the experience, guests can enjoy the Choco Chirimolla, a Peruvian chocolate-inspired dessert with dark chocolate foam, chirimolla cream, mint meringues, and crispy brioche – a creative concoction especially designed for the Easter season.
Well-being and peace at the Guerlain Spa
Holy Week is the perfect opportunity for inner balance and renewal. At the end of the session, each child will receive an Easter Goodie Bag filled with yummy surprises.
Festive atmosphere at the resort
Throughout Holy Week, the rooms, bungalows, suites, and villas of One&Only Aesthesis are dressed in Easter colours and take on a spring aura. Selected compositions of seasonal flowers, wreaths and baskets of fragrant flowers create a warm, festive atmosphere, offering guests a sense of Greek hospitality and luxury from the very first moment.
In addition, a series of Mixology & Cooking Masterclasses await those who choose to stay at the resort over the festive season, offering a journey of authentic Greek flavours and combining creativity and tradition in an environment ideal for those who love the art of hospitality.
At the same time, on April 17, guests staying at the resort will have the opportunity to enjoy an exquisite tasting of Greek wines – an experience that honors the Greek vineyard, highlighting high-quality varieties and aromas with intense character.
