During the communication, the latest developments in the Middle East and the risks to regional stability and security were discussed.
The Prime Minister stressed the need to avoid further escalation and to restart discussions among all parties involved.
They also discussed the progress in the discussions between Greece and Egypt on the issue of the Holy Monastery of St. Catherine of Sinai and the need to reach an agreement soon.
