An accident, fortunately without injuries, involving a bus on line 122 of the OSI operating the Argyroupoli – Saronida route occurred on Wednesday evening on the Vouliagmeni bus.
As shown in a video from a security camera published by notia.gr, the bus, which was empty of passengers, travelled “rudderless” a distance of about 150 metres during which it climbed the pavement, ripped up lighting columns and traffic signs and crashed into the fence of a building, stopping – fortunately – at the end of the journey.

According to reports, the crash was caused when the driver stopped and got out of the car for a personal emergency, but did not apply the parking brake

It should be noted that dozens of citizens who go to the Argyroupolis metro stop pass on this sidewalk every day, while the entrance to a building for the disabled is located at the point where the bus ended up.
