U.S. President Donald Trump once again lashed out at his predecessor Joe Biden, criticizing Washington’s strategy in the ongoing Russia–Ukraine war.

In a new post on Truth Social, Trump accused Biden of preventing Ukraine from launching a counteroffensive against Russia. He compared the situation to “a great sports team with fantastic defense that is not allowed to play offense.”

“There is no chance of victory!” Trump wrote, stressing that under the current support strategy, Ukraine cannot prevail.

“No war would have happened if I were President”

Trump further argued that it is almost impossible to win a war without taking the fight into the invader’s territory.

“It’s like a great team in sports with an amazing defense, but not allowed to play offense. There is zero chance to win! The same goes for Ukraine and Russia. The corrupt and totally incompetent Joe Biden did not allow Ukraine to COUNTERATTACK, only to DEFEND. How did that end up? Regardless, this is a war that NEVER would have happened if I were President – ZERO CHANCE. Interesting times ahead!!!” Trump posted.
