MoD Dendias: Today we commemorate the victims of the Genocide of the Greeks of Asia Minor

“National Remembrance Day of the Genocide of the Greeks of Asia Minor, which was established by unanimous decision of the Hellenic Parliament on 24/9/1998. We honor the memory of the victims and Hellenism of Asia Minor,” stated Minister of National Defense Nikos Dendias in a post on the social network X.

Mr. Dendias’ post concludes with a reference to G. Seferis:
