Mitsotakis’ Speech at ONNED’s 14th Congress (video-photos)

The ONNED Congress is taking place at the Olympic Facilities in Paiania

At the 14th regular congress of ONNED, the Prime Minister and President of New Democracy, Kyriakos Mitsotakis, is currently delivering his speech.

The ONNED Congress is being held at the Olympic Facilities in Paiania and will run until Sunday (October 5). The proceedings began with speeches by the President of the Congress Organizing Committee, Nikos Patséas, and the President of ONNED, Orfeas Georgiou. Shortly before the Prime Minister took the stage, a short video was shown commemorating the 51 years of New Democracy.

Mitsotakis: Justice is a priority in government reforms

On Saturday and Sunday, the 2,554 delegates elected from 90,084 members will have the opportunity to express their views on current thematic issues.

The Congress will also be honored by the presence of representatives from several European and international youth organizations that maintain close bonds of friendship and cooperation with ONNED.

At the same time, various booths will be operating at the Congress venue, including those on Road Safety, the “Together for Life” Association for Breast Cancer, and the “Orama Elpidas” Association for bone marrow donors. Participants will have the opportunity not only to receive information but also to actively engage. In addition, the booths of the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS) and Hanns-Seidel-Stiftung foundations will provide information on their work and initiatives, while on Sunday, October 5, a parallel event will be held to mark World Animal Day.
