At least four people have been killed and ten injured so far following an Israeli drone strike on a hotel in central Beirut.

According to reports, the building was housing displaced civilians who had left their homes due to the clashes in southern Lebanon and the southern suburbs of Beirut. After the strike, rescue operations followed to locate the injured and any people who might be trapped.

The protothema.gr correspondent in Beirut, Marinos Aleiferis, went to the site the day after the attack and recorded the situation in the area.
