Turkish President said to Russia to stop playing with the fire

The tension between Turkey and Russia after the downing of the Russian jet by Turkey is escalating with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan saying to Russia to stop playing with the fire.

Although, according to Russian spokesperson Dmitry Peskov, Turkish president asked to meet with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin in an attempt to de-escalate the tension, Mr. Erdogan sends a new warning message to Moscow.

According to Turkish media, Mr. Erdogan called Moscow to stop playing with the fire following the statements of the Russian President and Prime Minister that Ankara has illegal transactions with ISIS militants.

Dmitry Peskov announced today that Tayyip Erdogan requested a meeting with Vladimir Putin in Paris on November 30.

However, according to CNN Turk, Kremlin stated that Moscow refuses any contact with Turkish President Erdogan because Turkey is not ready yet to apologize.
