Many sections of the Patras-Pyrgos national highway in the Peloponnese have been flooded due to the heavy rain, with a large part of the road covered in hail. It is the second day that the region of Ilia in the Peloponnese is experiencing heavy rainfalls, while areas in the Kampos plain are covered in snow. Vehicles are moving with exterme difficulty on the parts of the highway submerged in water.
