Greek PM Tsipras in London pub watching World Cup semi-final (photo)

Greek PM posted a photo on his Instagram profile

Newsroom July 11 09:26

After the conclusion of the EU-Western Balkan Summit in London, Greek PM Alexis Tsipras took some time off to watch the first semi-final of the World Cup in Russia between France and Belgium. Mr Tsipras watched the French knock out the Belgians (1-0) while enjoying a beer at a pub in central London with members of the Greek delegation. The PM uploaded the moment on his Instagram account. The Greek PM might have “bombed” on his prediction that Uruguay would win the trophy, but he had expressed positive sentiments for the French team saying they played good football.
