Drone footage from above the Mati holiday resort in east Attica shows the extent of devastation the forest fire left in its path. The video shows the settlement literally burnt to the ground.
Hundreds of houses were burnt to ashes, while the nearby forest has disappeared completely. The fire broke out on Monday and resulted in the death of 50 people and the injury of hundreds.
