7.2 magnitude earthquake in Haiti (videos-photos)

A magnitude 7.2 earthquake shook Haiti this morning, causing death and property damage in the southwestern part of the island and reviving memories of the great earthquake of 2010.

The strong earthquake that struck Haiti this morning has caused the death of at least 29 people, the director of the country’s civil protection Zerry Sandler told the French Agency.

“There are dead, I confirm, but I do not have an exact account yet”, the official confirmed, adding that Prime Minister Ariel Henry went to the National Operations Center in Port-au-Prince.
