The public administration reform was the focus of the meeting between Administrative Reform Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis and President Karolos Papoulias that was held on Wednesday at the Presidential Mansion.
Mr. Mitsotakis underlined that the goal of the Ministry is to implement a well-structured reform plan and its efforts are already bearing fruit, adding that cooperation is being sought in order to achieve this goal.
At the same time, the Administrative Reform clarified that the law must be implemented.
Kyriakos Mitsotakis said that as of October 29 all government ministries will operate with tighter organizational structures to gradually create a “21st century public administration at the service of citizens and companies”.
