Russian President Vladimir Putin said Russia would win in Ukraine, just as it did 80 years ago when his country beat Nazi Germany in World War II.
The Russian President delivered a speech on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the decisive battle of Stalingrad against Nazi Germany.
The Russian president said that Russia is confident that it will win in Ukraine, as it did 80 years ago. He also said that once again Russia is at odds with Germany as it criticised Berlin for its promise to send Leopard 2 tanks to support Ukraine on the battlefield.
