Romanian driver shocks with his statement

39 year old Romanian truck driver Nikolai Toudoran insists that the problem on the brakes occurred long before the pileup point.

Finally, according to law sources, the charges that the tuck driver faces have a six month limit of imprisonment, which could be extended for three more. After the maximum nine months of imprisonment and if the case does not go to court he will be set free.
