Oh her arrival the newlywed stated to journalists “Am very happy and honored to be here, thank you”.
Clearly happy, she got out of a black car which transported her from the airport to the hotel.

There she thanked the lady who welcomed her by saying “thank you for everything “, while many tourists were sitting in the hotel lobby waiting anxiously of her arrival.

Since the entry to the hotel was out of limits for journalists, kindly enough she agreed to step outside in order to make a statement and was particularly warm with the representatives of the committee for the return of the Parthenon Marbles which were waiting for her.

She then withdrew to her room.

Her two associates, lawyer Norman Palmer and President of the Association for the Reunification of the Parthenon Sculptures David Hill are accompanying her on her trip to Greece.
Tomorrow noon, she will meet the Minister of Culture and on Wednesday with the Prime Minister, while after lunch with Mr. Samaras she will visit the Acropolis museum.
