Οlympiacos beats Aston Villa with a stunning 4-2 victory in England (videos-photos)

Incredible, amazing, unique! Olympiacos once again amazed Europe, thrilling Villa Park with an impressive 4-2 victory over Aston Villa in the first leg of the Europa Conference League semifinals, securing a significant advantage and now approaching the final on May 29th at the OPAP Arena.

 

Facing the 4th team in this season’s Premier League, Olympiacos, well-organized tactically, imposed its tempo and secured a historic away win, thanks to Hat-trick hero Ahmed El Kaabi (16′, 28′, 56′ pen.) and Santiago Esse’s goal (67′).

Villa temporarily equalized to 2-2 with goals from Watkins (45’+1’) and Diambi (52’), missed a penalty (hit the crossbar and went out) by Diaz, but the night belonged to Olympiacos. In a week’s time (9/5, 22:00) at the “Georgios Karaiskakis Stadium”, Olympiacos has the historic opportunity to “seal” for the first time in its history the qualification to a European final.
