Equity prices were rising on Tuesday on the Athens Stock Exchange (ASE). The basic share price index went up 0.91%, standing at 950.46 points at 11:00 am, whereas the turnover was at 10.15 million euros.

The FTSE/ASE Large Cap index for blue chip and heavily traded stocks rose by 0.87%, and the FTSE/ASE Mid Cap index also went up 0.09%.

Individual sector indices recorded an increase and the biggest gains were in Construction (+1.75%), Telecoms (+1.65%) and Commerce (+1.01%).

The biggest losses were recorded in Raw Materials (-0.87%) and Industrials (-0.25%).

26 of the stocks traded went up, 13 went down and 14 remained unchanged.
