Panhellenic Exams: Freshmen’s electronic enrollment in universities begins today – Deadline is September 11

Detailed process – What applies to the special categories

The enrollment of successful candidates from the 2024 Panhellenic Exams and the special category of individuals with serious medical conditions in Higher Education Institutions begins today, Tuesday, September 3, 2024, and will take place electronically until Wednesday, September 11, 2024.

The Process:

Enrollment must be completed electronically within this timeframe using the Ministry of Education’s 2024 Electronic Enrollment Information System, accessible at https://eregister.it.minedu.gov.gr.

  • For Panhellenic Exam Candidates: Enter your 8-digit exam code as the username and use the same password you used for your application.
  • For Candidates with serious medical conditions, Use your email as the username and the same password you used for your application for admission under the special category.

If you already enrolled in a previous academic year, you must declare your current enrollment and request a withdrawal from the former program before finalizing your new enrollment.

Upon completing this process, enrollment in the 1st semester of your new program is finalized. Applicants may also correct any mistakes in their submission by withdrawing and resubmitting their application before the deadline.

Special Cases:
For candidates from special categories like those from the Muslim minority of Thrace or Olympiad award recipients, additional documentation or procedures may apply, including in-person submission of required documents to the relevant department or mailing them via registered post.
