A 68-year-old man was found dead inside his home in Corfu, in the Perama area.

The man had a stab wound on his shoulder, likely inflicted by a sharp object, possibly a knife.

At the moment, forensic investigators are at the scene, and the medical examiner is expected to arrive.

The 68-year-old and his wife, who is of Russian origin, had previously come to the attention of the authorities due to domestic violence issues over the past two years.

According to reports, the man’s wife has been taken in for questioning, while the investigation is ongoing.
