According to an announcement by the French Minister of Interior, there is “a very high probability that a French citizen was in the group of the Jihadist executioners presented in yesterday’s video by the Islamic State and had direct involvement in the beheading of Hauler prisoners. ”

The alleged  French citizen “is Maxim Osar from northwestern France born in 1992. He  went to Syria in August of 2013 after he stayed  in Mauritania in 2012.”

At the same time another report to Daily Mail speaks of  a British medical student being  among the 16 jihadists of the Islamic State who beheaded Syrian soldiers in the desert in the same video.
